These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") govern your use of the Onelior app ("Application") and its web services. By installing, accessing or using the Application, you agree to this Agreement.

1. The service and your license

Onelior turns workouts and sleep recorded in Apple Health, mindful minutes and study you log yourself into progress on a virtual climb: metres of altitude, camps, summits, a stat compass and a weekly sleep constellation.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms.

2. Health and activity disclaimer

• Metres, levels, camps, stats, sleep scores and streaks are for motivation and information only. They are not a measure of health or fitness.
• The Application does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or physical therapy.
• You are responsible for exercising within your limits, and you take on the risks of the physical activity you choose to do.

3. Your account

You can sign in with Apple or Google, or try the Application without an account on a single device. You are responsible for the security of your device and account and for the activity under it. You can delete your account at any time from the Application.

4. Fair use

You agree not to:

• record, import or submit made-up activity, sleep or study data to gain progress, or otherwise manipulate the climb;
• use bots, scripts or modified clients against the service, or try to get around its limits or security;
• decompile, reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Application, except where the law allows it;
• interfere with, overload or attempt unauthorized access to our servers.

We may correct progress that was gained by breaking these rules, and suspend accounts that keep breaking them.

5. Intellectual property

The Application, its design, illustrations, text, logos and code belong to Onelior or its licensors. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License; Apple and Google trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or end features, including how progress is calculated, to keep the service fair and working. You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting your account.

7. Limitation of liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Onelior disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
