This Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Onelior mobile application ("Application") and associated web services. By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Health & Fitness Disclaimer: Onelior is not a medical provider, diagnostic tool, or healthcare service. Always consult a licensed physician before starting any strenuous physical exercise program.
1. Description of Service & License Grant
Onelior provides users with an athletic progression platform to track workouts, calculate 7 core athletic stats, set personal goals, and share achievements with friends.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on your Apple iOS devices.
2. Health & Physical Activity Disclaimer
- All statistics, XP calculations, levels, and graphs generated by Onelior are for motivational and informational purposes only.
- The Application does not substitute for professional medical advice, physical therapy, or medical diagnosis.
- You assume all risks of injury, physical harm, or health complications resulting from physical exercise performed in connection with the Application.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access features, you must register using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. User Code of Conduct & Restrictions
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:
- Injecting fraudulent workout data, manipulating XP stat systems, or using automated scripts.
- Harassing, abusing, or posting offensive or hateful content toward other users.
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of the Application.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or attempting unauthorized access to server infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, source code, UI designs, graphics, and content within Onelior are the exclusive property of Onelior. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any assets without prior written consent.
6. Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Application at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onelior disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
