Account & Data Deletion Request
In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v).
Onelior users have the right to permanently delete their account and all associated personal data stored on our servers at any time.
Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can delete your account and data immediately inside the Onelior iOS app by following these steps:
Step 1: Open the Onelior app and navigate to your Profile tab.
Step 2: Tap the Settings (Gear Icon) in the top-right corner.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account", then confirm the prompt.
This action immediately revokes your auth tokens, deletes your profile, and purges all server records.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you no longer have access to the app or have uninstalled it, you can submit a deletion request using your registered email address below.
Scope of Data Deleted
Upon completion of an account deletion request, the following records are permanently removed from our active databases:
- Name, email, profile picture, and auth provider (Apple ID / Google) credentials.
- All historical workout logs, session durations, categories, and XP records.
- 7 core athletic stat levels and custom targets.
- Friend relationships, pending requests, and social activity.
- Push notification device tokens.
